1. A turntable-type rotating eight-station 14-axis special machine tool that integrates drilling, tapping and grooving.

2. The bed and accessories are made of HT250 high-quality castings. The outer body of the power head is integrally cast with QT400. It is subjected to multiple aging treatments according to process requirements to eliminate the internal stress of the frame and power head and ensure the manufacturing accuracy and frame stability of the machine tool.
3. The power head mounting hole and reference surface are processed in one go using a pentahedral CNC machining center to ensure that the installation coordination accuracy meets the process installation requirements.

4. The outer body of the power head is made of QT400 castings and is completed by precision boring and grinding. The spindle sleeve is made of 20CrMNTi material, which has been heat treated and carburized. The outer circle and inner hole are completed through fine grinding and super fine grinding processes. The spindle bearing is assembled from Japan's NSK series P4 bearings, and the spindle runout accuracy is ≤0.005MM.
